Sales & Marketing Manager – Surf , Yoga Camp and Work Space
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations and drive growth across international markets. You will manage a small team (2–3 members) responsible for multi-language content and oversee the full marketing stack.
Availability:
Full-time. The role begins remotely for the first two months, transitioning to on-site during the high season (September–May).
Perks: On-site accommodation, three meals per day, and access to all camp activities during free time and days off.
Start Date: June or July 2026 (latest), to allow for strategy and preparation ahead of the peak surf season.
